I was very happy with my experience and I would suggest East Side Automotive Center to anyone. I took my car there to have both front lower ball joints replaced. The shop was nice enough to use my supplied parts (Since they were high quality and up to OEM spec) I had the car back by the end of the day for a fraction of what other local shops where charging. Jon and Jeff know their cars and they know how to offer extremely well done work at a price that is often lower than competitors. Give them a try!

Jeff and John are honest and trustworthy! They go above and beyond. Never had any other auto place do as much for me as they do. Will continue to take my cars to them.

Awesome & honest guys to work with. They went out of their way to assist me with problems with my rear suspension on my 03 Taurus, even after I broke a heavy duty bolt off in the process of trying to perform the service myself! They never "scolded" me on attempting the repair. They removed the broken bolt & replaced it at no additional charge. I recommended them to my daughter, who also had rear suspension problems (although different than mine). They performed the service at a cost less than other quotes from previous shops. They suggested that the other side of the suspension should be serviced in the future, but said it was satisfactory for now. Yes, I highly recommend them!

My husband and I have been taking our cars to East Side for over 20 years. They are very honest and trustworthy! We live on the opposite side of the city from them, but it is well worth the trip to go to their shop. You will not regret working with them.

The guys at East Side have been incredibly helpful. On many occasions, they've done extensive engine work on my cars, and the price has come in well below what I expected based on the depth of work. They've been flexible--allowing me to source my own parts. I've even taken the cars in to have my A/C checked or diagnostics run, & they've charged me nothing! On one occasion, there was a heat shield that came loose about a month after they'd completed some exhaust work for me, they insisted that I let them fix it for free since it could have been related to their previous work. Honest & full of integrity, I highly recommend East Side.

this place is such a total rip off.

we decided to take our van in to them for problems with our van not running properly.

after it got towed in, they kept it for over a week.

never answered their phone calls, and never returned any messages left for them.

after us trying 3 times in one day we had another person call on their phone just 2 mintues later to have them answer to them.

then in the end..the answer was we are sorry we find nothing wrong with your van..

so we basicly payed for them to turn our key on it.

then only a few weeks later it broke down again...this time we took it to fox and fox..

not only did they evaluate the problem,and fix it ..we had our van back in a day an a half.

we knew it possibly had a electrical problem..which we told east side auto that.

and sure enough thats what was wrong..and is now fixed no thanks to them...



so please dont ever take your vehice to them.

they are scammers...
