Over the last two days, I have spent probably six combined hours going to four different local Mattress Stores located in Fort Wayne. My last stop was Ashley Furniture before making my decision. I knew I would be investing a lot of money in a high-end mattress and that I would be investing in my overall Health. I wanted to make sure I did all my due diligence prior to making my purchase.
Sedina at Ashley Homestore immediately greeted me. She was able to put together my purchase checking every single box of what was most important to me. I have been in so much pain from my previous mattress my #1 priority on the new Mattress was a quick delivery. She was so knowledgeable all about each component of my purchase. From the Tempur Pedic mattress, to the base, to the sleep tracker, to the protectors, pillows, sheets etc. She knew the ins and outs of every product. I was so blown away by her knowledge, her expertise and the willingness to go above and beyond.
After finalizing the mattress of my dreams, I was taken to the counter to check out and was assisted by Tonya at Ashley Homestore. Tonya was able to coordinate every single item of my purchase to be delivered in 48 hours. By the end of my transaction, I was so overwhelmed with Joy from their ability to help me every way possible I literally cried. By far the best experience, I have ever had when making any purchase. They made me feel like we were in the purchase together. Big thank you to Sedina & Tonya for not only wowing me with your service but probably changing my overall health for the rest of my life with this purchase.
