      Really upset to find out that I paid Hometown Tire and Auto Repair on Taylor st here in Ft. Wayne over 2,000 and they completely ripped me off.

      Do Not Take your vehicle there...the body shop that is now working on my car said that they did a hack job and possibly ruined the motor by not replacing any seals or gaskets and that it seems as if they reused old parts that were lying around in my car when I paid for new parts.

      We have been to Hometown several times with different vehicles & different problems over the past few years. John has always been sooooo nice and willing to work with us on different things. They have always done a great job & have never had any issues. Thier prices are low compared to everyone else. I would recommend them to anyone!

      Horrible place to go .

      This place is horrible . They have had my car for 5 days now and I'm still not getting it back today after them saying it would be done the next day by noon , all they are doing is bleeding the air out of the brake lines. That's it ! And it has taken them 5 days and it will be 6 days tomorrow horrible place I will never be back .

      Thank you for your comment. While it is not normal for this type of repair to take this long, we lost our roof with the storm damage and had no power for 5 days. We appreciate your business and will strive to do better for you and all of our customers. We have installed an emergency back up generator for future occurrences.

      You should take your car here. They fix what is needed and tell you what may be postponed for a while.

      Great bunch of guys - The owner took care of me everytime I visited.

      GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! WOW Took my car in for an oil change. They found a spring that had busted and the owner brought me out to the vehicle and showed me what was wrong. He took the time to explain that this was dangerous not only to me but to others on the road as well. If the spring had moved and caught the tire, wow. He got me financed with 6 months no interest and gave me a ride home. What a great experience. ☺☺☺☺☺

      this is the friendliest shop that i've ever been to!!!the repairs were about 3/4 of the price of the shop that i had been going to and the convenience of the shop made my day!!!thank you!!!!
