We've just recently moved to the ftw area and this has become our favorite sushi place (been there a few times already)! I consider myself a sushi snob. If it isn't the freshest of ingredients I will send it back. I cannot do fishy tasting sushi. But this place has the BEST tuna I've ever had!!! So soft, fresh, and smooth. Love love the ppl and food here!!! We will be going again tonight!

Slow service. Food is okay. Once may be enough for me.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Went for lunch and have had what might be the site down version of a bento from a laquered dish with divided sections. These lunches offer a sampling of japanese food. Very enjoyable, but on this day I felt the sushi rolls weren't quite as fresh as I'm used to. They have the cooking tables for group meals with the chef cooking in front of you. sushi bar and regular dining tables.My husband has eaten here several times and has had no complaints. I would return to dine.I did asked a staff person if they had konnyaku/shirataki noodles. They are an asian noodle thats naturally low in carbs, texture similar to mung bean noodles but softer. I didn't expect them to carry them, but Low Carbers, keep asking when you go to asian restaurants, maybe someday they will add them to a menu!

Consistently good. The staff are fast and efficient and you can easily get in and out during a lunch hour. The rice bowls and lunch boxes are delicious and the hibachi meals are always entertaining. Okinawa is a great choice for taking a friend out to eat.
