There are so many positive adjectives I could use to describe Mr. Lathem. Although, he has only counseled me a few times in the past he has proven to be very knowledgeable and passionate about his job. He offered many options and gave me great insight toward how he would handle my case, if I chose that route and would need his services. One thing I do know about Mr. Lathem is he's very straight forward with his answers to your questions and if it's something he can’t handle he is honest about the situation at hand. It's hard to find an individual who shows more integrity, honesty, warmth, and genuine concern towards his clients in this type of career field.
