These guys ROCK!
Overhead Door wouldn't answer my emails for a couple of days and I decided to try these guys. They got back to me within 10 minutes. Their tech Josh was polite, professional, and knew his garage doors!
What I thought was going to be an expensive repair leading me to replace the entire door was actually only 30 minutes work and a service call for Josh!
If you have a garage door problem, you'd be crazy to go anywhere else.
Had an urgent situation, and Southwest's office personnel and service technician went out of their way to take care of the problem. This is my 3rd time using SW, first 2 were for repairing broken springs. This one, or so I thought, would be for getting a new door to replace a damaged one. However, the service tech (Josh), made a special trip at the end of the day, to take care of it. Within 30 minutes he made repairs to make the door usable. While there is cosmetic damage, we do HAVE to replace the door. Unbelievable service! THANKS!
