      Maybe a bad day but the ribs tasted liked cooked in oven with sauce on them.

      Ralph makes the best beef brisket I've ever eaten. I come into town from Ohio and always have the goal to eat there while visiting. The flavor, tenderness and taste of the sauces combined with the larger portions is a BBQ eaters dream. You won't be disappointed!

      Ralphs is the best BBQ my husband and I have found in Fort Smith and the surrounding areas. Service was great and so was the food. The portions had us taking leftovers home for the next day & we had homemade pie (excellent). If you want real bbq in Fort Smith you should try Ralphs
