Lack of communication Between sales and payment department. Sales gave estimate with price difference between credit and cash. Once gutters were installed, payment department explained credit is not an option. Payment department further explained that the price difference was between check and cash. Who charges more for check? Payment department didn’t even no the difference between credit and Zelle. Nothing was resolved which led to installers taking down gutters and damaging my security camera, pre existing gutters, dropping full length gutter onto my new pool equipment, and leaving material throughout property and on stucco. Will never recommend this company to anyone. Sounds like cash only is a way to avoid IRS and paper trail. Maybe this should be investigated.

After getting a bid , [for cash so they don't pay have to pay any tax], I agreed and they installed 95 feet of gutter with only one downspout. In order to fix this I would have to pay an additional $50.

Do NOT use this company. They are unprofessional and disrespectful. Sure they will install gutters for you and give you a cash price so they don’t have to pay taxes, but their gutters are poorly installed and they will not answer your phone calls and they will not come back and fix any of the work that they have done even though they promised to.

I called Manny he gave me a fair quote. Lee showed up to install and did an excellent job, After so many reschedules and no shows from other companies I appreciate them actually showing up on time and completing the work with out any added up charges,

they installed new gutters on my home and there the worst they won't come back to do repairs after they get paid .

It have been 9 day since I been calling this company to let them know that Iam unable to open my door because the gutter is place to low ! Everyday they tell me that they are coming and NEVER do. Terrible service and at that I let the installers know the of service to make sure the gutter is put high so I can be able to open my door but that was a waste of my time. They have my hard working money and Iam still waiting ����
