Just came from the shop. I had a checked suitcase that Delta sliced in it's conveyor system. All they would do for me was to give me a voucher for future travel. That doesn't help a vacationer who needs the luggage. To add to that Delsey never responded to my emails. I brought the suitcase to Keith who evaluated the rip, suggested a possible solution and then repaired it on the spot. Thank you from a frustrated airline traveler. SH from Rochester, NY
Repaired our Hartman roll-on by replacing the wheels and axle and shipped it back to us, everything at no cost under the Hartman warranty. Keith provided wonderful service, even calling to let us know when the repair was completed and that the luggage would ship the next day and arrive the day after that, which is exactly what occurred. Don't think there could be better service than this !
the guy is busy but he was able to follow through with a piece of luggage that was broken. It was covered under warranty (which was surprising to me) replaced free of charge AND hand delivered to my home. I made one stop and 2 weeks later I had a new bag. He did good by me.
I love these guys. There is nothing they cannot fix. They have been wonderful, honest and professional everytime I have sought out their help. This is the second going on third year I have brought in shoes, luggage, various type of bag problems and everytime they fixed the item and I was extremely happy with the quality of work done.
