how is that anyone has not filed anything with the clerk of court of appeals to remove this judge. He allows the mothers to dictate visitation and refuses to hold any mother in contempt. Hopefully the new Chief Judge will take action. I had asked for this Judge to recuse himself from my case after he stated in open court that I had no rights! He refused my motion .A year later I filed for an emergency pick up order where my daughter is fearing for her safety at the hands of the EX'S boyfriend and left that message on my voice mail crying. This judge denied it. No reason or explanation. He needs to be removed from the bench. Total disgrace to Lee county residents. If he cant protect a child or ask for the guardian ad litem to investigate the allegations he has no reason behind a bench! He needs to be held accountable, any attorney or legal advise is appreciated. Fathers need to take action now before another child is injured

This man is anything but honorable. In a divorce case, his job is to ensure equitable distribution to the parties, but instead, he will make it his priority to ensure repayment to creditors over equitable distribution. In doing so, he inappropriately oversteps his judicial boundaries. He shows bias to one party, thus prejudicing the other party, by ignoring substantial evidence against the party he chooses to favor, even when that same evidence is repeatedly brought to his attention. Furthermore, he should banned from typing on his computer during the testimony of witnesses, thus ensuring the court that he is really 'hearing' their testimony. Consider this fair warning: 'Lord have mercy' on you if you are unfortunate enough to be assigned to his court room.

The Honorable Judge Corbin was fair even when he ruled against me. He applies the law equally and fairly. Upon review of the trial and hearing minutes, the work he is doing during the hearings are actual notes and research!

An absolute disgrace to the court system and the bench. During a hearing, Corbin(I will not refer to him as honorable) spent all his time, whenever I or my attorney spoke ,playing on his computer.However whenever my ex-wife or her attorney spoke wild horses and pink fling elephants couldn't have drawn his attention away from them. Furthermore and possibly worst of all is the fact that this so called judge ignored a D.C.F. investigator and a Lee county Detective when both of them testified to the fact that my EX was putting my 10 year old daughter in imminent danger by leaving her alone and when not alone in the company of an (8) eight time convicted felon. In closing it is my advise as a proud American that this ladies man recuse himself from any case were there is a woman involved. and if you are one of the unfortunate men to have a case in front of this disgrace. Hire a good looking woman attorney if you want him to pay any attention to you.
