      Authentic German Food, Beer & Wine. Chef Hans Joachim moved to Florida in 2007 working hard to learn the language as he worked for several other restaurants and eateries. In 2012 he opened the Bavarian Haus Restaurant in Mount Dora Fl., and with its success Chef Hans has brought his love for German food and Florida salt air to the Fort Myers area. We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant, and look forward to serving you.Authentic German Food, Beer & Wine.
