Recently took a watch there for the free battery installed offer.They said they would call when ready. 2 months later, no call, so my wife & I stopped in while running errands. They gave me back the watch & it was not working. They said it must be the watch as they did put in a battery. Wrong! When I got home I removed the battery & tested it. Dead. I put in a battery & it works fine. They are not as reputable as I thought.
The Staff of this store are not very helpful. The Service we received was the worst I have ever had anywhere. I was very upset with the whole diamond from them. The Quality we received for or purchase and the amount of time it took to received the item were much longer that expected. The over all experience let me very unsatisfied with this company. I have made it a point to tell everyone that I know and I was shocked to hear that others had had the same problems with the jewelry they purchased.
