      Furniture is great and the follow up repair service is as well. Office personal for delivery are terrible. Good luck getting your furniture delivered. It has been 3 weeks and they call and start arguments but will not tell you when your furniture will be delivered. I have paid for delivery and all I get are broken promises. I told them when they figure it out give me a call. They call and argue about why they cannot deliver the furniture. This is crazy. They will not give you advance notice only maybe we can deliver on a certain date. Which is not the date I want. It is a date they pick. When I agree then they call and argue with you as to why they cannot honor their agreement. Furniture is nice but the hassle from the office that goes on for weeks just to get furniture delivered is not worth it. I am a previous customer and will not go back. They charge you a hefty rate for delivery then they act like they are doing you a favor. This company is not run right.

      i purchased a three piece furniture set from american signature on february 25 and was told that i would receive it april 30 and then i was told that the chair in my set was not able to be abtained anymore and i would have to pick put a new and then if i was to do so i would have to wait until may 21st and that wasnt even a 100% sure thing so i have to say that i got a full refund yea they may have a great sale going on but beware and know of what you are getting and make sure you get it
