      My husband bought a trailer from here. The first time we went in no one acknowledged us. We stood around 15 minutes before anyone even talked to us. When someone finally addressed us we were sent out on our own to look. We decided on a used trailer & waited around for over an hour before they told us we couldn't take it. When we went back for the trailer no one helped us or showed us how to tow this particular trailer. We picked up some hay & the trailer caught on fire burning all of our hay & truck. It was determined the brakes locked up & ignited the hay we were hauling. We called Great West & told them what happened. They refused to do anything. Their employee said he could feel the brake getting stuck when he picked it up. They fought us on everything. First they told us the fire was started was because he overloaded the trailer the next time they it was a conduction fire. They never stuck to a story & tried to abstain from fault instead of trying to work something out.
