      The Human Resources Division is a part of Broward County in Florida and is responsible for identifying, hiring and providing educational opportunities to the work force. It offers assistance to employees in enhancing their performance and achieving excellence in public services. The division works towards promoting professional and personal development, career advancement and competitive job benefits, as well as facilitates equal employment opportunity and workplace equity. Its Combined Pay Plan provides information about agencies that function under the county administration. The Human Resources Division of Broward County conducts employee assistance programs that offer a variety of services, including assessment and referral, case management, prevention and education, management consultation and organizational development.
