Multiple times RAM has charged us $9.50 for extra container fee. They said perhaps our trash can lid was probably not completely sit so constitutes extra trash. our trash is never full container let alone over the top of she of can. One time they said they had photos of a box in recycle that was bigger than 12�x12�. Asked them to produce the photos. They had none. So as an FYI, if ya don�t wanna have to constantly dispute extra charges on your acct and have nonsense explanations offered to you to further your frustration, avoid this company. We cancelled our service with them.

Asked for a large recycle bin, too 3 weeks. In that time I asked for my money back and they said it take 2-3 months. I've been on the phone nearly daily to get my refund and they just took all of my bins with no money deposited in my account.

We had Ram for years and they were good. We moved to a new neighborhood (one neighborhood over!) and had to call EVERY WEEK to tell them they forgot us AGAIN! This happened for FOUR WEEKS IN A ROW! We usually had courteous people when we called but the final straw was when we called and the woman was SO rude and accused us of lying about it happening more than once!!!?!? We switched companies. The new company had brought out our new cans AND picked up our trash... Ram's can is STILL waiting for the trash to be picked up and the can removed. It's been 2 weeks since they came!! Ridiculous!!!!

I had been taking care of my mom who was going through cancer treatments and forgot to put my recycle out on my week. I called to see if they could pick mine up and they said they would make a special trip out the next week (not my week) with no charge. Thank you Ram Waste for having great customer service and taking care of your customers!

I called to ask about Waste Services a new place that left a flyer on my door, then figured I have been using Ram for 14 years and have had NO PROBLEMS so the few dollars a month saving wasn't worth it PLUS they gave me a free month just for calling. I tried to look up this new place and found nothing, wonder if it is a part of Waste Management, I tried looking them up and could not get a phone number just a lot of redirecting to somewhere else. Ram Services will continue to be our waste removal.

Ram picks of the trash and never makes a mess. The customer service is awesome. We have provider choice in our neighborhood, and when another company offered free recycling, Ram matched them. Once quick call and the new recycling container showed up the next day. I am not forced to use their trash containers, but they offer them if I want them. I can put out more than one can without extra charge. Beats Waste Management hands down.

I called to ask aobut waste service and the secretary purposely hung up on me. I know Windsor is a small town, but this is just uncalled for. I will be going with Gallegos sanitation.

I was sure one of the reasons I chose this service is because they had a "no call back fee". I was wrong (they charge 25.00). They didn't pick my trash up yesterday because it was snowing and even thought they've always picked it up in the past where it sits close to the curb, they decided because it wasn't ON the curb, they would not take it. It is the Christmas week and I assumed it to be a day behind, I was wrong about that too. So, I'm pretty upset, but they've been good in the past. I didn't care for the receptionist, she seemed snobby and kind of rude. Oh well, I guess even those kind of people need to put food on the table.

Normally pretty good. However, no web site, no after hour messages, no schedule for Holidays. Basically don't give a @#$*.

I am use to being able to bundle boxes, newspapers, cans, plastic. These guys left the boxes, and the trash didn't pick them up either.They wanted $150 for an old refrigerator. I put it in the back of a pickup and took it for free to a metal recycle place. Ouch.

Good luck gettting them to pick up your recycling. They will leave it or just throw it in the trash if you have one thing in there they don't like. You have break any boxes down to 4 to 6" squares. They are horrible about it. Best policy is to sit outside on trash day. Then they are good. Otherwise why bother. I tried calling the company about it and hit a brick wall. They would not even look into it.

We moved over to RAM from the big green machine(ya know the one that the DoJ likes to investigate;who was nickel and diming us to death; $2.50 for this/ $5.00 for that and on and on and on) two years ago. Service has been perfect; what more can I say. PERFECT.
