Provided by DexKnowsDropped my vac off for service and was told it would be ready in one week, Called on a Saturday (a week and a half later) and was told my machine would be ready by Monday afternoon. I drove 20 miles late Monday afternoon to pick up my vac to be told my vac was not done or even touched. Picked it up and took it to another repair shop. Would not trust this shop!!!

Provided by DexKnowsI had a very negative experience with my sewing machine repair at J&M. It took about 3 weeks for them to even look at my machine and when I called to check on its status the front desk person was incredibly rude to me. When I got a message saying they knew what was wrong and how to fix it and to call them back for a quote, I called back in about an hour and no one could even find the work order for my machine much less tell me what needed to be done with it. When they finally fixed the machine (after a few more rude interactions with the front deck person) they didn't return my power supply cord and I am still trying to get it back.Update - the newly revamped machine that cost me almost $400 is now repeating the exact same problem it was when I brought it in and is unusable.

Provided by DexKnowsMy favorite Sewing machine man.... Jerry sold me my first Bernina while his shop was located in Greely... When I needed Sewing machine or vac help he was always there for me.Often he could secure generic parts that fit the machine and I KNOW he never over charged me....I live miles away now... but I still ask his advice for my needs and It is always nice to know he and his lovely wife, Madeline are there to answer questions...
