I never know how to find the right vet for my wonder dog and our cat. I went to Covington Creek, not knowing much about them, but what a great find -- I recommend them highly.



Dr. Chaves is brilliant, and he's also warm to the pet and the owner - a great combination in a vet. He never hurts the dog to find out what's going on... so right away our dog feels comfortable with him. No animals crying in the background, so I feel comfortable.



His very strong point is that he's extremely knowledgeable about the chemistry of the medicines he prescribes for our dog, how they work in the dog, and interactions between the meds. Again, I feel very comfortable relying on his judgement. He makes



It's a beautiful location, which while somewhat trivial still makes it yet more enjoyable to bring the dog. His staff are outstandingly kind and fun -- again this enhances an otherwise potentially nerve-wracking situation.



Not least - his prices are good, always seem on the low side.
