Lunsford Property Management is a bunch of crooks. They charged me $155 to flea spray a 900sf duplex unit after I moved out and never produced a receipt to show the work performed... and I only had one dog who didn't have fleas to start with. They said it was "standard procedure", yet my neighbors had 2 dogs and 2 cats and were never charged for this service when they moved out! Also, they tried to screw me out of my last months rent by saying I didn't give 30 days notice prior to move out! I caught them on that lie and was refunded a portion of my last months rent based on calculations which didn't make sense. Lastly, they charged me $125 to clean the place after I moved out, which is BS because I cleaned the place from top to bottom before I left. They are a bunch of crooks. Consider using a different property management company or you will get screwed too!

I am from Oklahoma and I was referred to lundsford for a house. Rachel B helped us out and provided excellent service! We have had our house picked put, lease signed and deposit made before we even left Oklahoma. She went out of her way to make she we were taken of. Thank you

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Realtor in charge of rentals is very unproffesional and unkind. They make unannounced visits regardless of what the contract says and claim to they left a message to our phones. Does not matter if they have the wrong number in their mind they left a message therefore the door is open for them. The house we rented was dirty we had mice and the master bedrooms closet reeked of cat pee, we tried carpet washing it and it did nothing. When we had a realtor come in to the house we brought it too their attention and she simply replied "we arent worried about it" even after i told her it affects my asthma and we can not find a solution to where i could stay in that room. These people do not care, i would not refer them to even my worst enemy.
