The staff was completely incompetent. They first told me they didn't have both parts I needed, then they said they did. I asked them to double check to be sure. They assured me that yes, they were both stock. I drove 20 miles to pick them up. They only had one and the other needed to be ordered. I arranged to have them picked up by another person, but wanted to pay for them both ahead of time. I paid with a credit card. It took 3 attempts for the sales associate to finally arrive at a legitimate total. He kept blaming the computer for not getting it right. When the parts were picked up later, the staff insisted that only one of the parts were paid for. So, my friend paid for the other. When I called to straighten this out, they told me that the second part was still on their shelf taped with my original receipt and that I would need to drive again to the store to receive my due refund. Time and gas spent on frustration. I usually do business with Nabpco in Lindstrom. Lesson learned: Trust the educated, kind, competent staff in Lindstrom, Avoid O'Reilly!
