Olson's has been our provider for our septic needssince 2003. Recently we had water issues inside ourhome, they were amazing at getting us the informationthat we needed to solve our problem. Great peopleto meet, they have our trust and buisness for all our future needs. "thank you"

I have to commend Olson's as a whole for the job they do. I have had to have them come out twice this year for some major work on my existing septic system & drain field. Both times, they had to do digging, bringing in extra equipment. Both times, they got here as fast as possible, explained all my options, and worked to minimize the costs to me.Work on septic systems is always expensive, and it's probably easy for some companies to jack up the charges. But I feel that Olson's has always been more than fair, and has worked to save me significant $$$. The service guys I've worked with (Joel and Dave), and their office folks, are top-notch.I would recommend them to ANYONE, at ANY TIME.

While they haven't pumped my tank yet, I am very impressed with their service. The city of Lino Lakes had sent me a letter telling me that my septic system needed to be pumped within 30 days. I called Olson's and they offered to call the city for me and ask for an extension so that it can be pumped in the spring when the conditions will be better for my septic system. Then they'll even send me a post card in the spring to remind me. Wow. I am really impressed so far and I haven't paid them a nickel yet!
