When I talked to the receptionist I felt very intimidated and she acted like I was bothering her for asking questions about my procedure and even with schedulingas tempted to go some where else but Dr. Bowser and the nurses were very kind and caring so I had the procedure done there and was very happy. I later had to make appointment for my son and again felt like I was bothering the girl. They would do alot better hiring a new receptionist.
