My 6 year old son has been going to Tricks since he was 3. He has benefited in so many ways! He has developed coordination, muscle strength, balance, and flexibility, and all while having so much fun!! My 2 year old goes too and loves it so much. We have always had wonderful instructors that are personable and truly enjoy the students. It is a fantastic place for kids!!

I bring my three year old boy/girl twins to Tricks in Granite Bay and they have SO MUCH FUN! They absolutely love their instructor, Kate. She's wonderful with them and all the kids in her class adore her. The other instructors are very energetic and obviously love to work there. Lots of happy kids! I'm planning on enrolling my other daughter as soon as she begins to crawl. She has special needs and Tricks will be so good for her. I'm very excited to see her have fun and get stronger at Tricks.

We have been attending Trick's Gymnastics in Granite Bay since September 2010. My four-year old started out in the Kinder 1 class and has progressed on to Kinder 2. The teachers have been great with the kids and have allowed them to go at their own pace. My child has so much fun and looks forward to attending each week!

I have tried other gyms for little ones and, in my opinion, Tricks has surpassed the others in many ways. The classes are prompt to start, the teachers/instructors are amazing with great personalities and great direction, and they incorporate sign language and social skills into their physical activities. My 1 year old loves going to Tricks for the fun and engaging activities and to see his teacher!

My children (5 yr and 2.5 yr) have gained a lot of confidence while taking classes at Tricks!

Both of my kids love Tricks. We started my son there for something fun since the parks and recreation didn't have anything fun for him to do that worked with our schedules. He enjoyed it so much that I started mommy & me classes with my daughter when she turned 15mo and she has a blast as well.

I've been impressed that when an instructor is unable to make their class, they ensure that an equally qualified and energetic one fills the spot. I was most impressed when the owner filled the spot for several of my sons classes. She had a huge impact on him and the other kids who were really missing their normal instructor.

Before gymnastics, my son was afraid to climb up rope ladders at the park and afraid to go down the slides at the park. Now he has so much confidence. I love it when he says, 'look at me mom!' and he's at the top of a tall slide or other challenging structure.

I do wish they had more mommy & me class times at the same times as their kinder I & II times so that parents with kids in both of those classes could be having fun at the same time.

What a fun way to learn gymnastics as well. It seems so much more fun than what I did when I was a small kid.

My daughter started taking gym classes at Tricks over a year ago and she absolutely loves those classes. Since starting, we have added swim and dance classes and while it makes for a busy week, my daughter is getting so many benefits from these programs it is worth it. She has improved her social skills, her listening skills, her gross motor skills and has really blossomed due to everything she has learned, and she did it while having a blast. Her teachers are all wonderful, caring and do a great job. I highly recommend all the Tricks programs.

My 7 year old daughter loves going to Tricks, she loves the teachers and I love the price. This is well worth the money and gets my girl out and moving!!! ; )

Our daughter joined Tricks (Granite Bay) six months ago. She enjoyed the lessons very much. The instructors and staffs are friendly and the lessons are well organized. Besides, there are many other excellent programs. Our daughter wants to finish the highest level Tricks offer. Gymnastics gives her more confidence.

My 5 year old daughter has been going to Tricks for 1 1/2 years and we are planning on keeping her for a long time. She simply loves it. She has gain so much confidence in so many different levels (fisically, socially, etc.). The trainers are abolutely great and loving. And the staff is always helpful. Great place for kids to learn to love gymnastics!

I started bringing my first daughter here when she was 18 months. The "Mommy and Me" class was so fun for her and myself. We both had learned a lot with out even realizing it. We made many friends there with staff and other parents and children.



When she was 3 years old she started ballet and she loved it also. Her teacher was so kind and loving that my daughter couldn't wait each week to go to class.



I started my second daughter at 12 months because I realized what a positive influence being at Tricks had on my first child. She too had a lot of fun in the "Mommy and Me" class.



Within the past few years I have gone to several different gymnastics facilities for school trips and birthday parties. None can compare to Tricks in cleanliness, bright, fun looking rooms, or quality of staff.



Tricks Gym is a wonderful, family oriented facility. Their programs are the best that I have seen or heard of. I believe that only comes from great leadership from the owners. I recommend them to anyone with children.



I believe having Tricks as my children's first structured class environment has given both of my children a head start. My oldest daughter is now 12 years old and is in advanced classes in school. Her last report card had all A's. They are both very smart girls, which I know has a lot to do with their school teachers and family, but Tricks is a wonderful extension of their education.

I have been attending Tricks for the last 5 years. My child has learned so many skills and not once have I seen a incompetent teacher. The Team Gym program there is top rate, they have one of the biggest team gym programs in the country! I am grateful to the teachers that build such a strong foundation for my child's physical development. =)

Both the Carmichael and Folsom gyms are great. We do gymnastics in Carmichael and swimming in Folsom. The coaches really bond with the kids. My son is more likely to run up and hug his coaches than he is his grandparents :) It has done wonders for his self confidence, he loves to tell everyone about what he has learned and show off his skills. Not to mention he can now swim by himself and he's not quite 3 years old yet! The skill posters, certificates and ribbons are great motivators and things that he can hang on the wall to be proud of and show off. We both love it.

Tricks it great. Everyone is really on top of it. They love my kids and I can tell, so we love them back!

We have a 7 year old boy who did not like soccer and other team sports, but we wanted to make sure he was active and learning athletics and coordination. We signed him up for Tricks Gymnastics, and he is enjoying it, learning new things, and improving his athletic abilities. The teaching staff really know how to connect with kids and engage them in learning and having fun.

The dance is great,especially jazz.
