They refuse to inventory when they take things out of the house. They didn't return a lot of things. Trisha ignores you for a long time then simply says they returned everything. Things came back dirtier than when they left. They were written up on BBB for the same thing last year. I have found so many other complaints saying the exact thing. They were recommended to me but that company has since dropped them from their vendor list because of so many complaints. If you want to keep your property don't let them take it. Even their own facebook page is filled with heartbreaking complaints of things not returned and not cleaned. I've since read so many complaints of people intending to sue them.
