I do not understand the 2 poor ratings seen here. The doctors and staff are the greatest. They have helped my wife and me in many areas including new puppy care, old dog care and spaying and neutering over 30 feral cats. When we had to have our 14 year old dachshund down the care and feelings shown by the entire staff, from Jenna and Josie at the reception desk to Doctor Heilmeier, showed the care they feel for any animal brought into the clinic. They are absolutely the best and I cannot imagine trusting my critters to any other clinic.

This clinic has provided medical and boarding care for my older dog and I have found the care exceptional. The have been kind, friendly and caring. The medical care has been professional and supportive. I have found it first class and wouldn't trust my dog anywhere else.

No complaints here

We have never had anything but good experience. They have helped us with 3 of our dogs that we almost lost. In fact we did loose one during surgery but they fought and brought her back and today you would never know anything was ever wrong with her. Another one was being treated somewhere else and that vet pretty much told us to put him down we took him to Dr.Kasey and she got him started on the right treatment and we now have a healthy happy dog that would of been put down if it was the other vets decision. I have used them for over 13 yrs and plan on staying with them.

Horrible experience

This doctor only cares about money. My dog was shot and needed surgery but because I couldn't pay for the surgery right then he wouldn't do it and told me to take him to another vet. Then charged $200 just to diagnose what needed to be done (1 xray) and when I t told him I could only pay for the visit of $40 which is what I was told he refused to give me back my dog. I already had another doctor ready to do surgery but had to reschedule while my dog suffered and continued at risk because he said it was time to close and he wasn't waiting on someone else to come up so we had to w wait until morning when to get him to a Real Vet!

I give them one star because 0...

I give them one star because 0 stars is not an option. When my friend's cat was dying over the weekend, Dr. Singley treated her poorly by calling her ridiculous for not calling the day before and giving her no other option but to watch her cat die in her arms. My friend only wanted to put Mr. Grey to sleep so that he would no longer suffer, but because it was a weekend, Dr. Singley refused to leave her warm couch to help her. Yes, they supposedly offer after hour services, but apparently it is only when Dr. Singley is in a good mood. What is appalling is not only that she refused to give my friend options, but that she talked down to her and made her feel stupid for calling in the first place. Calling to put your pet down is a very difficult decision, the last thing anyone needs is to be talked down to as well. Now my friend will forever have memories of her beloved pet having seizures and dying in her arms.

This woman (Dr. Singley) is apathetic and rude and should not be touching anyone s pets. There are other great vets in the area, I highly recommend anyone who cares about their pets to go to one of them instead. Don t subject your money, your pets, or yourself to Animal Medical Center, especially Dr. Singley.
