Horrible service, packages go missing it should be against the law! You would think the office is full of theives!!

Horrible . They don't answer their phone & my package has been idle since Saturday since it got there . I'm in Brooklyn it's no reason why my package has not reached the post office in my area ..

I have came to the conclusion that Flushing, NY post office is staffed with former thieves using a work release program but the problem is they keep on stealing from people even if it is only mail.

My 1st class package was tracked leaving Flushing sort facility on 3/21/15. My local USPS says delivery SHOULDVE been today at least. After calling around to diff locations, no one is able to advise where my packages are at. This mystical postal truck has vanished and has yet to make it to my destination. I'm very frustrated at this point!

I have had a package there that states it was sent on 3/11 and scheduled for delivery on 3/14. Now I find out that for some reason several packages were not sent as stated in the tracking. i have been told the sorting facility in Flushing has had numerous problems. Why can't I find out anything - at this point i could have driven from Indy to NY and received the package. Why have tracking if you aren't going to use it. I had ordered by daughters college graduation pictures and they were mailed back to me in cardboard in an envelope marked "PHOTOS DO NOT BEND" on BOTH sides of the envelop.

The mailperson BENT them in half put the rest of my mail inside and stuffed it in the door.

The picture company no longer holds the picture file for me to reorder............

I am working and trying to reach the post office by phone all morning.........no one is answering
