I ordered an orange soda and it had ants inside.

also the place has house flies inside. the owner isn't very kind at all

The cakes use to be amazing in 2009 but ever since the new owner or something the cakes are bleh!!!

Let me start off by saying this was a really nice place aesthetically. It's cleaner than a lot of cafes I've been to and the music and overall atmosphere was very enjoyable. I went there a couple of weeks ago for the first time, and I brought my friend who goes there on a regular basis. We both ordered paninis with grilled chicken and American cheese. However, when the waitress came with our food, our paninis didn't have any chicken and only had cheese on them. We sent them back and the waitress was very apologetic. She came back about 15 minutes later with the right order. They were very good paninis too, well worth the wait! Afterward my friend and I decided to order dessert and I ordered a plain slice of cheesecake that I had seen on the front case when coming in. A bus boy (not our waitress) brought us our dessert but my cheesecake had raspberries smothered all over it, which was not what I had ordered. Also, I didn't even see any cheesecake slices with fruit on them, only plain, so they must have added it themselves. I wouldn't have minded except for the fact that I happen to be ALLERGIC to both raspberries and strawberries. So I had to send that back, and I made it a point to tell them that when someone asks for a PLAIN slice of cheesecake they should not take it upon themselves to add fruit! It did not say in the menu that they add fruit either. It said fruit topping was available UPON REQUEST, and I certainly would not request a fruit that I am allergic to. My friend goes there at least three times a week and she claims they have never screwed up any of her orders and that it was probably just an off night. I guess I will have to go back again and see if they get it right this time!
