Attended an event over the weekend and I must say the place is a hidden gem. Absolutely beautiful and professionally run, very friendly and accommodating staff. The lighting and DJ were amazing, everyone was dancing and having a great time from start to finish. Bravo Charisma! Keep up the great work.

Best Catering Hall in Queens, NY. I've had events in every single other catering hall in Queens, and it was NOT worth my money. This catering hall doesn't TRICK you like other catering halls do. Their are no POP UP fee's last minute. The staff is actually NICE and makes you feel like family. They helped all of my guests with everything. The decor, the lights, the DJ, the food.. A M A Z I N G. VERY CLEAN space. The food VERY good, cooked well, served beautifully. All my guests spoke highly of my event. UNLIKE they did at every single other catering hall I've had my office events in. I had 130 people. And they served us ALL PERFECTLY!!!!! Thank you so much CHARISMA. I already booked TWO MORE events with you

Place was nice. Event packages were varied and appropriate. Very difficult to communicate with staff since crucial information wasn't delivered among staff members. DJ and food was very good. Parts of the program was omitted which my guest asked about. Overall, my guest had a great time !!

Had my daughters sweet 16 at the Charisma Ballroom last week and I must say it was simply amazing. The place looked spotless, the decor with the ambient lighting was exactly what I had envisioned. DJ Ross was very entertaining and had us dancing all night long (the DJ was included in the package). The food was amazing, I have been to a lot of catering halls and the food in this place topped them all according to my guests and myself, very fresh and tasty, most of my guests went up for seconds. The service staff was also very attentive and did a great job. Lastly the banquet manager Joseph was a pleasure to deal with and everything we discussed was delivered and then some. I highly recommend this place as I am glad I had my daughters event there. Simply perfect. Thank you Thank You!!!

Great Venue!! Everything was perfect once again. We have had several Parties at the Charisma Ballroom and we have never been disappointed! The food is exceptional, their vodka sauce is delicious. The Hall is beautiful and spotless, and the Staff is wonderful, they were very accommodating and eager to please. The DJ was included and had us dancing all night long, very nice guy! This has to be Queens’s best kept secret, there prices are very competitive and extremely reasonable and you have so many options to choose from depending on your budget, from the basics to the grand. Love this place and there staff, what wonderful people.

I was a guest at the Charisma Ballroom last night and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The place is very well organized, everything seemed to flow effortlessly. The place looked really nice and extremely clean. The food which was served buffet style was delicious. The staff was very accommodating, you needed something and they were there. The music was also really good, the DJ knows how to play the crowd, something for everyone and had us dancing all night long. Overall I must say this place takes their business seriously and it shows they actually care about there clients and guests and you don't see that very often at catering halls.

Had my daughters sweet 16 at the charisma ballroom this weekend and it was way above my expectations, the staff was great and very accommodating,the DJ was amazing had all my guests on there feet all night long, It was like hit after hit playing all night. The MC has a voice that is of radio quality and made flawless professional announcements.The food was amazing most of the guests went up for seconds .The chocolate fountain was the icing on the cake so to speak, the smell of chocolate was delightful.I can go on and on, The place is a definite must see you will not be disappointed and best of all it's the best price in town!! P.s. they only do one party at time so you get the whole place to yourself that's a BIG plus. Thank You Charisma for a spectacular evening!!

Terrible service and dirty. Sure, the outside area was lovely - but that is it. From the time when I spoke to the female sales rep - I had few doubts. But I went with the hall for my wedding. On the day of my wedding - nothing but disappointment. Every meal was late coming out of the kitchen. People were returning food back to the kitchen because it was undercooked. ITS UNBELIEVABLE - UNDERCOOKED MEET? WOW!!!! Some of my guests told me that waiters were rude. After the reception ended when it came to pay off the balance - sales rep was very rude when I told them about the issues. We wanted some discount because of the food issues but they said that if we dont pay - they will take us to court. While we have on tape that food was going back to the kitchen because it was discousting. DONT BOOK with this hall if you dont want to be SICK from their food. In my opinion it isn't worth it, and with so many catering halls out there you have many other options. I would not recommend this to anybody.
