Update to previous review. Total cost was only $50 to diagnose that it couldn’t be fixed. The $50 charge was completely acceptable. Have dealt with Hilary a few times and she’s very honest so I was confused about the cost for a paper weight but she cleared that up for us. Thank you Hilary.

I dropped off my PC because it was hacked with a PW name and number that I could not open or my PC would have been corrupted. Digital Medics solved the problem and it is working correctly now. Thank you, Digital Medics

I've used them 4 times in the last 3 years and found them to be very helpful. Last time they replaced my Mac hard drive with a solid state drive-I thought it would work better...it's just ok...but when I got it back my SDcard reader didn't work ...I figured the knocked it loose...they said it probably failed -I don't know but it seemed suspicious...so I'm ordering a new one but it doesn't feel right. They are friendly and did take the time to answer questions and help with things we had trouble with...quite knowledgeable.

If I could I would have given them 1/2 a star. Trust me when I say this place rips people off. They are a bunch of crooks. I would encourage anyone needing computer repair to check around and avoid this store. Very expensive and vcrappy work, plus good luck getting it back in a timely fashion. STAY AWAY!

I took my ipad 2 to Digital Medics for a screen repair. They took 3weeks to repair it and each week that I called I was told the company didnt send all of the parts. The next week the company didnt send the correct part. The last error was the company didnt send the on/off button. When I got the to the store I asked about the delay and if the parts were from Apple. I thought if you are ordering parts for an Apple product, Apple would know what to send. Not so! I guess. I will be taking the ipad back in because it looks like the screen was glued into place at the top.



If you need your ipad repaired PLEASE take it to APPLE...I would not suggest this place for repairs. They were friendly but I would rather have fast and efficient.

I have used Dig Medics twice now for repairs on my MacBook Pro. I have found them to be very professional, fast, knowledgeable, and honest. I highly recommend them.
