General Info

I recognize that making the decision to contact a therapist is difficult for some therefore, my goal is to make the process as comfortable as possible. I work in a relaxed, informal manner that is collaborative in nature. I often use humor in my therapy sessions and take every possible measure to ensure that my office is a safe place for clients to freely cry or express anger as they need. Finally, I work from an integrative perspective that draws from a variety of theoretical approaches as I tailor my approach to the needs and preferences of my clients. My professional experience includes individual, couples and group therapy. I have worked with issues such as anxiety, depression, marital conflict, divorce, parenting, substance abuse, PTSD, sexual addiction, anger management, physical /sexual abuse, and adolescent issues.
