This place has all but lies about what they believe in, they state: "You can be sure we will meet you with a smile and professional, courteous service. We are much more than a shipping store". The owner must not of wrote this or believes in this. He is only out for a buck he definitely does NOT show any professionalismwhat so ever and or show any towards his only employees that we have seen there. He is just as disrespectful and demeaning as he is with the customers as his employee. He is not interested in keeping customers just in making that quick buck at the time. I do see why people talk about his store they way they do definitely not worth going too. I wish I would of listened the first time and it would of saved me money and grief. So not worth going back.

This franchisee has the WORST store. Goin postal is a great company just flowery branch franchise is AWFUL. I have mailed several packages with them and why they feel the need to RE-ADDRESS my packages but when doing so THEY ADDRESSED IT WRONG. I went in to find out where my packages were because they were NEVER delivered the owner got up set at his helper guy and told his employee and my self this was NOT important and he wasn't going to waste his time trying to find MY PACKAGE "HE" LOST. REALLY! ! Wow he wants to make a buck but just not keep the business. Silly me as I look at the reviews on line they all have the same LOST packages. I should of listened to others when they told me to go across the street to the ups store instead. This franchisee is Rude, extremely disrespectful to customers as well as unwilling to help WHEN THEY MAKE THE MISTAKE. Meanwhile I have No packages and when I called earlier today he refused to help me and told me he has customers and call later he might help me then. I did make a formal complaint to the post office and the Goin' Postal company it's self.
