      I saw Doctor Bickert on 3/15/2013 with severe pain in my right ear and jaw. He was kind and very informative. Answered all my questions. I never once felt rushed. I finally can hear in my right ear again!!! Thank you Dr. Bickert! I even had a question during after hours about my medication and the answering service contacted him and I immediately received a call back from Dr. Bickert.I would highly recommend This doctor for efficient care.

      Fantastic ENT from the front door, to staff to Dr. Bickert!

      I have been with Dr. Bickert since 2008 and I am a very difficult case! Dr. Bickert thinks outside of the box because ENT problems can be caused by other issues.Dr. Bickert has spent many hours to figure me out! He is very caring, very knowledgable and makes you feel special. His office is great ... he has the coolest art on the wall. His office staff is top notch and a perfect extension of what Dr. Bickert is providing for his patients! He is very prompt, I've never waited longer than 10 m...

      Mark A. Bickert, D.O. is a graduate of Asbury College and completed his medical degree at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He graduated from the general surgery internship program at Portsmouth Naval Medical Center then served as an active duty Flight Surgeon in the US Navy, with both the Navy and the Marines. He graduated from Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery / Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency program at Freeman Health System in Missouri. He is Board Certified by the American Osteopathic College of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, a Fellow of AOCOOHNS and a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Bickert is currently the Vice Chief of Surgery at Presbyterian Hospital of Flower Mound.
