I had pain and swelling in the gum and jaw area on one side of my face. The Nurse Practitioner was very good at getting to my problem and showed concern. I was given the prescription needed to remedy the problem. The wait to be seen was not long at all. This was my 3rd visit, and I was not disappointed.

I was truly impressed with how pleasant and kind everyone was here. All of the staff including the those at the front desk seemed concerned about my well-being. They were very thorough, too. I came in with a fever and they could have let me go with a stomach flu diagnosis; but the nurse practitioner ordered a strep test just to be sure. I'm glad she did because it came back positive! They took plenty of time with me and were very professional and courteous. I will definitely go back here when I need to visit an urgent care facility again. Even if I have to go a little bit out of the way.

This was my first time at Our Urgent Care in Florissant. I was very impressed with how quickly I got taken in to be seen! The staff was very nice, the nurse practioner was very knowledgeble & explained things very well as to what was going on with me. All & all a very pleasant experience! I will now be using this facility as my first choice for urgent care!

I went to this location for the first time. The staff was very friendly, and very attentive. I had an injured shoulder, so I got X-rays taken immediately, re-directed to an orthopedic surgeon, a prescription for pain, and I was on my way home in about an hour. I will definitely go back if I need to in the future. 'Sure beats sitting around in an ER all night!

The staff was very friendly, professional, caring and fast. The facility was cleaned and convenient. I have been telling everyone about it. My husband and I went in having breathing and coughing problems.
