I took in my laptop for a dc jack repair and Daryl did a super job and it was back working the next day!

This is an update to my review. I took my computer to this shop for repair on 10-5. It was returned on 11-2. I am assuming they received the complaint I filed with the Better Business Bureau. They did not charge me and the computer seems to be working. But, they did break the screen and I am not sure what else was done to it.

Do not EVER take anything here for service. 3 weeks later and they have broken more parts on my computer and are giving me the run around about when I can get it back. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
