Dr Mee and his assistant Shirley are wonderful. Made what was an uncomfortable procedure easy and painless. Front desk were lovely also, Thank You.

Staff was so helpful at getting me scheduled with specialist for a needed root canal. Front office and assistants were polite and knowledgeable . Dr. Mee was very thorough and explained exam findings very well.

I feel compelled to post some feedback since I feel they deserve a far better rating than they've been given here so far. I've been traveling for 10 years and without a dentist, got most of my work done in Mexico (which was great, and really inexpensive) but I'm settling for a while in Florence and lost a chip in a few fillings so I decided to give these folks a try. Such a great experience. Friendly and compassionate. The dentist is so easy going and feels like such a decent human being. The prices are great. So happy to have a dentist nearby who I actually like, who is affordable and who isn't looking to do work that doesn't need to be done. What a treasure. This same chain got me in years ago when my tooth died on the trip north. I didn't have a dentist and they got me right in and did a root canal and a good price. Sticking with these folks for the duration. Thanks so much!

I wouldn't recommend this dentist office. They do not communicate with you, they act as though you are a dummy doll that they are practicing x-rays and teeth cleaning on. Once the dentist who cleaned my teeth looked into her computer and saw that I had Trillium, she told me that I wouldn't be covered for my wisdom teeth to be pulled (before the insurance had a chance to look at my request). She was very rude and abrupt and, without consulting me first, very sternly told the front desk lady to schedule me several months out for a tooth-pulling so I can "save my money". This agitates me, as it isn't up to her when I get my teeth pulled and how would she know whether I have the money on hand?

Horrible they are rude they will want to pull out teeth that don't need to be and make you come in several times for x Rays treat u horrible service Do NOT GO here I got 2 nd opinion from homes and he much better service with less work needed be done way better quality go to eugene are pay for go dentist and go to dr homes

Please don't go there. They have terrible communication. They give you numerous amounts of x-rays you don't ask for or need and charge you. The bills they give you are not in chronological order and are near impossible to tell what you are being charged for. "Nutrition Counseling" was 50 dollars out of pocket and was the dentist telling me, "don't eat sugar or drink soda."



They told me i could get optional fillings for my teeth. They printed out a sheet that said the insurance would cover it all and it would be free. Later, i get a bill for $300.00 that i had to pay out of pocket. Even the teeth cleaning you're supposed to have every 6-months(that my insurance covers all of it) i had to pay 50 dollars in "other fees" When i asked them about it, they told me to call my insurance, and the insurance couldn't figure it out from the statement. Like i said, you can't make out what they are charging you for.



They have old equipment, overcharge, ALOT of "hidden fees", bad communication.

I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone!
