Getting our taxes done at Roberts Tax Service has been the biggest mistake of our lives. They were extremely negligent and reckless and we were the ones to pay the price. We were audited for not one year, but for several years of tax returns. The IRS said it was grossly reckless and no surprise we got audited. When we chose to have our taxes done at Roberts Tax Service it was with the understanding that they would guide us through the process and follow all tax laws in filing our taxes. They did not do that and we are left carrying a burden financially and emotionally from their careless and reckless filings. We truly regret making the decision to ever have Roberts Tax Service do our taxes. I'm sure there are numerous other families that feel the same as we were told it was a record year for audits at Roberts Tax Service due to their tax filing methods. I recommend you look for another Tax Service.

We have been going to this particular tax person for years....this year was no different dropped them off March 4th 2017, she needed a few more papers which we faxed to her the same day....waited over 2 weeks and called asking about them, receptionist said Connie said she'll call when there done! Waited another week and 1/2 called again same answer, April came called and asked if we needed another appt. To know what the problem was.. again same answer. Well finally April 14th my mom went to talk to her with papers she might need, she treated her very unprofessional with no answer of why!! Threw our paperwork down and said "I'M DONE" and left us 1 day to try and get them done with no reasoning of Why!!!! This was totally uncalled for, we had been more then patient and understanding and in turn treated Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this Tax Service to anyone.
