We toured the facility and were given false information s/a manager stating there were many daily actvities, outings, patient care & interaction, etc.. all which are miss leading!! Because of poor staffing and unqualified pt. care, Ladies are just waiting around to die!!! So sad...Very low staffing for activities which means nothing available for brain(cognitive)stimulus or phyical rehabilitation. Not a happy cheerful place to be, however, the place seems clean, tvs are broken in lounging areas, they have outdated equipment so no-one is encouraged to participate causing boredom, early sickness and loneliness!!! Take your loved ones elsewhere!!
