Dr. Alajaj is the best Pediatrician I have ever dealt with! He cares about the kids and greets them and the parent with a warm smile! My only complaint is the receptionist is rude. She tries to hide it with a smile but is pretty transparent. Even over the phone when I call she has a bit of an attitude. I have 5 kids. My schedule is crazy busy, I work long hours 5days a week and I expect to go in and have a pleasant experience but, that doesn't happen until I see Connie (who is very sweet) for this reason I am only giving a 3 on professionalism. Which makes me feel bad that Dr. Alajaj's image should have to be tarnished by the front end face. The receptionist should be a reflection of the quality of the Doctor, instead she leaves a bad impression. Sorry Doctor Alajaj, your an AMAZING doctor!

Dr.Alajaj is one of the best children's doctor in Genesee County. I trust this doctor so much. He takes care of my children at any time. He is there when I need him. I could trust this man with my life. I recommend this doctor to all the parents out there that really care about there kids.
