Sacred Peaks is a community-based clinic aimed at providing Native American beneficiaries living in Flagstaff with non-urgent primary health care. In addition to routine and non-urgent primary care, the facility will provide Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics and Gynecology. Other services include laboratory, pharmacy, radiology and physical therapy. These services are provided by Credentialed Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Physicians and support staff.
