I would send all my friends here if they were willing to make the drive from Phoenix to Flagstaff. I have a vacation home in the area and now I drive here from Scottsdale to get services and buy Aveda products. I really like the friendly staff and the excellent services. Over time I think I have had everything done. Massage,facial, nails and hair and it's all be great.

I scheduled my massage appointment while I was the Grand Canyon because I had done a lot of hiking and I was sore. My massage therapist was Shannon. She gave me a terrific deep tissue massage which took out all my knots and kinks. The facility was really nice and comfortable (not like one of those chain factory massage places).It was great!

I have lived in Flagstaff for 16 years and I have never had a good haircut until now. I got so many compliments on the cut I had to write a review. I really like this salon, everyone is so nice. I can't wait to go back. Yeah!!

I wanted to find a place that could handle by curly hair. Every time I move to a new city it takes me awhile to find a great hair cut. I had been to Aveda salons in other cities and had pretty good luck, at least I know the staff is well trained. Anyway I have found a new home for my hair. Yeah!! Everyone at Red 115 is super friendly and professional. They cut my hair perfectly the first time (usually I give a new stylist 3 times to get to know my hair). I would definitely recommend them to any my friends and family.

I went there paid for a color and highlight. The highlights all sat for different amounts of time and were all different colors. The stylist also made me get a haircut. I told her I liked my sut already about six times and finally just let her cut it to get her to quit pushing. The manager promised to fix my hair for free the next day. When she looked at the bleached streaks she said they were too damaged to rebleach and she had to cover them with color. I ended up paying for a color, cut, and highlights that had to be covered. The manager was very nice, but the first stylist was aweful and in the end I didn not end up with the style I wanted. Overall, it was a bad experience and i will never go back.

I have went to Red 115 for the past few years to get my regular hair cut. I always had the same stylist and loved my haircuts...but recently I went to make an appointment and she no longer worked at the salon. I scheduled an appointment anyway...big mistake! The woman never offered me anything to drink, rolled her eyes constantly during the initial consultation, insulted the products that I use on my hair at home, and was extremely rude! When the cut was over, she simply took the cape off and ushered me to the salon products. She told me what she recommended and was overly forceful in selling the products. She never said thank-you nor did she ever smile. When I got home, I was appalled at my haircut and immediately rescheduled to have my haircut fixed...The haircut was $50 and it looked awful! Uneven lines, blunt ends...and just overall like a cheap haircut. I spoke with a friend of mine later that day and she said she went once to the salon and never went back. She said after the haircut, the stylist told her they "didn't have time to blowdry her hair"!!! They told her she could use the blow dryer if she wanted dry hair. She paid for both a cut AND a color!!! The salon has recently changed management or stylists and I will never go back!

This is a wonderful salon and spa from beginning to end. First I visited their website at Red115.com and from that moment on I knew I was in for something special. I love the fact that they use Aveda, my favorite product line. I called to schedule their Experience Red Package which include a massage, facial and pedicure. The person booking the appointment was really nice because the services were not available on the day I wanted but they were quickly able to tell me what they had and I still would get 10% discount for booking 3 services. I had a one hour facial, manicure and pedicure. The services were really great. They were equal or superior to what I have experienced at spas in San Francisco or Napa Valley. The atmosphere is chic but very friendly. I felt relaxed and well taken care of. LOVE IT!!!!!

I received a gift certificate for a spa package at Red115. I was surprise that there was such an elegant place in Flagstaff. I had a fabulous massage,relaxing facial ( I actually fell asleep during the service) and a wonderful manicure and pedicure. The atmosphere was very welcoming and comfortable. You could tell that staff really enjoyed working there and that showed in the level of service they were able to deliver. 2 thumbs up.
