I specialize in empowering those who have tried to change but seem to be treading water or going backwards and don't understand why. You will experience a safe, non-judmental, compassionate, understanding environment to help you understand and accept yourself and to move in the direction you choose. I am an experienced and Licensed Professional Counselor with a PhD in Educational Psychology
