Business History

Children's Dental Center was established on July 1, 1999 when Dr. Tim Kinzel and Dr. Eric teDuits became partners to offer a pediatric dental office to Madison and the surrounding areas.Their goal was to establish an office where families could feel confident that their child was in a safe, kid-friendly environment, and that they were receiving the best possible care. Dr. Dan DeJarlais became a partner in 1994 and is known by his patients as the singing dentist. Dr. Allison Dowd became a partner in 2005 and was the first female pediatric dentist in the Madison area. Both doctors share in the founding goals of Children's Dental Center and have been able to expand the magnitude of patients we care for and continue to help the underserved. In 2010, Dr. Tony Hernandez joined our team and expanded our access with an east Madison location. Dr. Hernandez brings yet another dimension to Children's Dental Center by offering in office sedation.
