This bank ruined my credit. I was paying my loan on-time and way in advance in months until I was told " I'm all paid". I thought it meant my entire loan was all paid off but I guess they meant I'm paid for next few months or so. This misconception went by without any alarm to me. There was no phone call or even a short post card reminder of unpaid or late payment. One year went by and a letter from the lawyer for court hearing to collect debt for the amount of a little over $500. plus legal fees. I was upset and called them only to get the cold shoulder "We don't babysit" and "you should know you have to pay". I paid the balance with legal fees but my credit was damaged. They put hat my loan balance was "write off"... REALLY? It appears that writing off the small amount of my loan is much convenient than spending 25 cents of postage stamp for the borrower. It goes to show you how much they care about people.... I prefer ZERO star but I guess I have to put one :(
