- Eye ExamClear vision and healthy eyes are important not only to a child's overall health and well-being, but also directly related to their academic performance in school. While vision screenings given at a child's school each year may identify children who are at risk for problems with their vision, vision screenings do not test the overall health of the child's eyes. A professional eye examination, performed by a certified eye doctor, tests vision while also evaluating the child's eyes for more serious conditions and diseases.
- Internal MedicineDr. Steinberg grew up in the Hudson Valley. He graduated from Clarkstown North High School in New City as a national merit scholar. He went on to obtain his bachelor's degree in Biochemistry at Rice University in Houston, Texas. While at Rice, he was awarded the Roy Scholarship for Excellence in Science. He then received his medical education at SUNY Stony Brook on Long Island. During medical school, he was elected into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society, which recognized the top ten percent of medical students nationwide. From there he proceeded to internship in Internal Medicine at Danbury Hospital in Connecticut.
