After a year with little or no progress in math I informed the director that we were withdrawing our daughter and to mail our $200 deposit back to us. I waited one month, no money. I called and left a voice mail, no answer. I stopped in and was informed because I did not withdraw in writing I lost my deposit. When I asked them to mail my deposit, a decent person would have informed me at that point that I needed to submit or request it in writing or lose our deposit. Also she said she deserved this money because of the extra effort she put into our daughter. To me this like having a large tip forced on me by someone I don't feel deserves it!
