      Liars. This guy doesn't know what he's doing and if he doesn't fix it right he still sends you a bill. Yes his website says $99, but his bill shows $99 per problem. He also likes to sell you faulty equipment. Beware of the Remote Access program because he can see everything you're doing on your computer as you're doing it. This guy is a scam artist.
