I needed repairs for body damage and to check the engine light that had come on during the accident. I dropped off my perfectly running car on a Monday and had it was finished on the next Tuesday. Timing was perfect! It was completed earlier than expected. I was told they had flushed all my fluids and it was being detailed and would be ready to pick up. Unfortunately that day, forty minutes later, I noticed a my car was wanting do die at an idle and would shake when I was slowing down. There was also a knocking in my engine. I called Redfield and they told me they sprayed something in my engine to get it to start from under the hood without a key and that the engine can sometimes suck this and other debris inside and I should drive it for a while and see what happens. They talked to my other half also and said the exact same thing. I drove it 20 minutes home, ran in the grocery store, and when I came out the check engine light was back on. I had it taken in on Wednesday after I got it the day before and was told it wasn't their problem, and I would have to pay another center to diagnose it and see if it was accident related. I was told they test drove it and found nothing wrong with it. I asked which fluids they flushed and was then told they never had, and was also told that nothing was sprayed on my engine to get it to start and that they were sure they never told two of us that at two separate times, by the same person. They then suggested it was driven some more, and made it about a mile down the road where it overheated and died. It is now towed and in their parking lot and they are refusing to help. My insurance company is sending an investigator to check the situation out as the car ran perfectly before. Wondering if it was taken for a joy ride, or what fluids may be missing from my car since I was told they were flushed but now no one has knowledge of that. I chose them because of their reputation, but that has now been tarnished.

I was very satisfied to see very clean leather seats which showed signs of wears and tears from aging,15 years.They are very friendly and have very nice staffs. I believe this r is one of best repair centers in MO state. I recommend heartly this shop.
