I spoke with a young lady about new service on 5/25/2011 and she was not helpful in anyway and very rude after letting her know I was not moving until Sept 1st and just wanted to get just a little information from her, because I was not familar with Florida Public Utilities. I believe that is why she works there to HELP people when they ask for it? I am just saying.
