      Best old school gym you will find, no nonsense hard working gym. Friendly atmosphere, no intimidation. You also get to pick the brain of the two premier body builders in the area, Greg and Dennis Long. If you want results stay away from the 10 buck a month gyms, they will not help you in the long run, you will end up quitting with no gains. Go to Gregs and grow, grow, grow.....it is worth the visit.
