After years of bouncing around to a bunch of different gyms, I've never felt more at home than I do at Crossfit Lifeforce. You can sense the community feeling as soon as you walk in the box. The members are all very welcoming; the coaches are all encouraging and knowledgeable; and the owners above all, are one-of-a-kind and always working hard in maintaining this atmosphere at the box. At Crossfit Lifeforce, you can be guaranteed to receive a challenging workout, personalized and individualized coaching, and tons of encouragement and support. I recently did crossfit throughout my entire pregnancy and not a day went by that the members and coaches weren't cheering me on and working with me to modify movements when necessary.
